Trade & Consumer Marketing Manager to Pirelli Tyre Nordic

We are now recruiting Trade & Consumer Marketing Manager to our Marketing department in the Nordics. In this position you will work independently, but in close cooperation with colleagues both locally as well as internationally, covering both the Däckia and Pirelli Tyre Nordic sales trade, consumer marketing and communication related activities. You will report to the Marketing Manager Nordics in Sweden.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage local trade marketing initiatives and activities (programs, campaigns, PoS material, PR, events etc), both within Däckia and Pirelli Tyre Nordic
  • Consumer and Digital Marketing: Identify, analyze and deploy local needs, contents and channels (e-commerce, social media etc) in alignment with global strategies
  • Analyze and provide information about local consumer behavior and insights
  • Manage internal and external branding and communication activities locally
  • Define and implement trade, consumer and communication related local guidelines in alignment with global strategies
  • Manage the trade marketing budget, forecast and results
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 in terms of competencies and skills, also by defining and supporting training initiatives

Who are you?

You have a significant (3-5 years) experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive/tyre industry, and a University degree in relevant field (Business Management, Marketing etc)

You have strong linguistic and communication skills, and are fluent in Swedish and English.

Experience of ERP-systems, and advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel is required. SAP skills are beneficial.

To be successful in the role, you are structured, analytical with an agile mindset, and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You are a commercially driven and quality conscious problem-solver. Social skills, and to easily adapt to different surroundings and stakeholders, is a key for success.
